Conyers Junk Removal
We take away what you are done with from inside your home, the yard and any outbuildings, and sort each load by material. Wood, metal, fabric and electronics all go somewhere that makes sense. Show us what goes, we carry it, and we sweep before we leave.
Household junk removal, handled with care
Most homes collect a mix of things nobody uses: a sagging sofa, a broken treadmill, boxes of old paperwork, a rusted grill on the patio. Our junk removal service takes the whole mix in one visit, from any room or from outside, without you carrying anything to the curb.
What separates a careful haul from a careless one is what happens after the truck pulls away. Solid wood furniture in decent shape can find a second home. Steel and aluminum are worth recycling. Particleboard, worn mattresses and water-damaged cardboard usually have nowhere to go but disposal. We sort as we load, so fewer of your old belongings end up buried when they did not need to be.
If most of your load is one kind of item, our pages on furniture removal, appliance removal and garage cleanouts go into more detail.

What our junk removal covers
- 01
Removal from anywhere on the property
Upstairs bedrooms, attics, crawl space entries, sheds, decks and the side yard. We do the lifting and carrying, and we plan the route through your home before anything moves.
- 02
Protection for floors and doorways
Heavy or awkward pieces get padded corners and a clear path. We take extra care on hardwood, fresh paint and narrow stair turns.
- 03
Sorting by material
We separate metal, usable furniture, electronics and general waste as we load. Each category goes to the place that suits it, whether that is a donation center, a recycler or an approved disposal site.
- 04
Yard and outdoor items
Old play sets, broken patio furniture, rotted fencing sections and piles of yard debris. Pressure-treated lumber and plain brush are kept apart, since they are handled differently.
- 05
A swept finish
Once the last item is out, we sweep or rake the cleared area. You get the room or the corner of the yard back, not a dusty outline of where things used to sit.
Questions about Junk Removal?
Call(404) 777-5149When it makes sense to call us
A room no longer does its job
The guest room became a storage room, or the car no longer fits in the garage. Clearing the space in a single visit is usually simpler than picking at it for months.
Boxes and fabric have a musty smell
Humid Georgia summers leave boxes, rugs and upholstery in garages and basements prone to mildew. Once the smell takes hold it rarely leaves, and those things are better out of the house.
Pieces too heavy to lift safely
Old dressers, sleeper sofas, pianos and exercise equipment are how people hurt their backs. We bring the crew and the gear to move them the right way.
Moving, selling or clearing an estate
Getting a house ready to list, downsizing or emptying a relative's home always turns up more than anyone planned for.
How a junk removal visit works
- 1
A call and an on-site look
You call, describe what needs to go and we set a time to come see it. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.
- 2
An upfront price before we start
We walk the items with you and give you a price based on what is actually there. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees means the number you agree to is the number you pay.
- 3
Careful loading and sorting
Our crew protects the path, carries everything out and sorts it into the truck by material. Point to anything you want to keep and it stays put.
- 4
Cleanup and sendoff
We sweep the cleared space and check that nothing was missed. Donations, recycling and disposal are dropped off at the right places afterward.
What goes into a junk removal price
Most of the price comes from how much truck space your items fill, plus a few practical details. We see everything in person before we quote, so nobody is guessing from a photo or a quick description.
- Size of the load
- One recliner is a small job and a packed basement is a big one. The more room your things take in the truck, the more it costs.
- What it weighs and what it is
- Concrete pavers, tile, books and solid oak furniture are much heavier than the same space of cushions or plastic toys, and disposal fees track weight.
- How far we carry it
- Things on the ground floor close to the driveway go fast. Third-floor rooms, narrow stairs and a long walk from a backyard shed need more time and more people.
- Items with their own disposal rules
- Refrigerators, mattresses, tires and electronics often have separate drop-off rules. We flag them at the estimate so they never show up as a surprise on the bill.
Junk removal questions we hear often
Do I need to bring everything outside first?
No. We remove items from wherever they are in your home, garage or yard. Many people simply walk us through and point. If you want to gather smaller things into one spot ahead of time, that can speed up the visit, but it is not required.
What happens to the things you take away?
We sort them by material and condition. Furniture and household goods in usable shape go to donation where they are accepted, metal and many electronics go to recyclers, and the rest goes to proper disposal. Particleboard and stained mattresses rarely qualify for donation, so we will be honest about that.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Some materials need a different disposal route, such as liquid paint, fuel, pool chemicals and other hazardous substances. If you are unsure about something, mention it when you call and we will tell you before the visit how it can be handled.
Will I know the price before any work starts?
Yes. We give you the price during the free on-site estimate, after seeing the items ourselves. You can say yes, ask us to remove only part of the load, or think it over.
Do you work outside Conyers?
We also serve nearby towns, including Covington, Lithonia, Snellville and Loganville. Our Service Areas page lists the full set.
