Commercial Junk Removal in Conyers

We clear offices, retail spaces, restaurants and rental units across Conyers, sorting steel, wood, electronics and paper so each material goes where it should. You get an empty room, a swept floor and a price agreed before anything is carried out.

Clearing a workplace without stopping the work

A business cleanout is a different job from a garage. The furniture is heavier and built in, the electronics may hold data, and the people who work there usually need the space back by Monday. We plan around your hours, your loading access and your neighbors in the building.

Most commercial loads are a mix of materials, and that mix decides how the job runs. Steel desks and filing cabinets go to metal recycling. Laminate and particleboard furniture rarely survives a second move, so it is broken down on site. Computers, monitors and printers are kept apart from general debris. Usable chairs and shelving can often be set aside for donation instead of the dump.

We walk the space with you first and tell you plainly what can be reused, what will be recycled and what has to be landfilled. Then we quote the job as a whole.

What a commercial cleanout covers

  1. 01

    Office furniture and cubicles

We take apart cubicle panels, desks, conference tables and credenzas. Fabric panels and particleboard tops are separated from the steel frames, which keeps the metal out of the landfill load.

  2. 02

    Filing cabinets and shelving

Steel cabinets and gondola shelving are heavy but recyclable. We empty drawers into bins you can review before anything leaves, then haul the steel separately.

  3. 03

    Electronics and equipment

Monitors, desktops, copiers, phones and small kitchen appliances are kept out of general debris. If drives hold company data, tell us during the estimate so you can pull or wipe them before we haul.

  4. 04

    Retail fixtures and leftover stock

Display cases, slatwall, glass shelving, mannequins and boxed inventory that will not sell. Glass is wrapped and carried out whole where possible so no shards are left on the sales floor.

  5. 05

    Break rooms and storage closets

Refrigerators, microwaves, old signage, carpet tiles and years of boxed paper. Cardboard and paper go out flattened and bundled for recycling.

  6. 06

    Final sweep

Once the room is empty we sweep the floors and walk the space with you. Nothing is left in the hallway or by the dumpster pad.

Signs your business is ready for a cleanout

  • A lease is ending

Most commercial leases ask for the space back broom clean. Old furniture left behind can cost you part of your deposit.

  • Storage has taken over working space

When a back room holds broken chairs, dead printers and boxes nobody has opened in years, that room is rent you are paying for nothing.

  • You are refitting or rebranding

New fixtures cannot go in until the old ones come out. Clearing first lets your installers start on schedule.

  • A tenant has moved out

Property managers often inherit whatever the last tenant left. We clear units so they can be cleaned, painted and shown.

  • Equipment no longer works

Old copiers, refrigerators and server racks are awkward to move and should not go in a dumpster. They need to be handled on their own.

How the job runs

  1. 1

    Walkthrough and estimate

We visit, look at what is going, check the loading dock, elevator or stairs, and note anything sorted by material. You get a written price before we schedule.

  2. 2

    Scheduling around your hours

We can work early, after close or on a slow day so customers and staff are not stepping around us. Shared buildings may need an elevator or loading dock reserved, and we plan for that.

  3. 3

    Breakdown and loading

Large pieces are taken apart in the room, floors and door frames are protected, and loads are sorted as they go onto the truck: metal, electronics, donation, recycling and landfill.

  4. 4

    Sweep and sign-off

We sweep, walk the space with you, and leave only once you are satisfied it is clear.

What sets the price of a commercial job

We price by what the job really takes, and you see that price before work begins. Our offer is upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so the number from the walkthrough is the number you pay unless you add items.

Volume
How much truck space the load fills is the biggest driver. A single office costs far less than a full floor of cubicles.
Materials in the mix
Electronics, refrigerated appliances and large glass need separate handling. Mostly wood and paper loads are simpler.
Access and distance
A ground-floor storefront with a door near the truck is quicker than an upper suite with a shared elevator and a long hallway.
Timing
Work after hours or on a tight move-out date may need a larger crew. We will say so during the estimate.
Disassembly
Bolted cubicles, wall-mounted shelving and built-in counters take longer to take apart than freestanding furniture.

Commercial junk removal questions

Can you work outside our business hours?

Yes. We regularly schedule early mornings, evenings and slower days so your staff and customers are not disrupted. Tell us your hours and any building rules during the estimate and we will plan the day around them.

What happens to our old office furniture?

It depends on what it is made of and its condition. Steel desks and cabinets are recycled, solid pieces in good shape can be set aside for donation, and worn laminate furniture usually has to be landfilled. We tell you which is which at the walkthrough.

How do you handle computers and hard drives?

Electronics are kept separate from general debris. If any device holds company or customer data, we suggest removing or wiping the drives before we arrive, and we will leave them with you if you ask.

Do you clear rental units for property managers?

Yes. We clear units after tenants leave across Conyers and nearby towns such as Covington and Stonecrest, so cleaning and repairs can start. We can meet you on site or work from your access instructions.

How soon can you come?

Same-day and next-day service available, depending on the size of the job and the schedule that week. Larger floors or after-hours work are usually booked a few days ahead so the right crew is there.
